With its interesting vaulted arches & features you could be living in a former age; however we have installed a modern bathroom, shower & kitchen within these rustic surroundings.

Cave aux Vins is completely open plan; there are character stone arches & lintels but no doors (except for the loo!). From the bedroom a step & a door leads to the bright modern loo with wash basin. The shower is a walk-in "Italian style" with tiled walls & gleaming contemporary thermostatic fittings.

There is also a modern kitchen to be found with old-style cupboards & cabinets. This comprises a microwave oven, a fridge with frozen food compartment and a Rosieres cooker with 4 ring electric hob, combination grill & rotisserie oven and a dishwasher.

The salon enjoys the benefit of a comfortable sofa, a pine dining table & chairs, and a flat screen TV which can play CDs, DVDs & is connected to UK satellite TV & radio channels...a real home from home!

A few steps down onto the shaded terrasse finds a table, chairs and barbecue ready for those alfresco drinks and meals. Here you are surrounded by old stone walls of a ruin from which we have created the lovely, peaceful Mulberry Garden, a place to read, paint, sketch or just relax.

Guests are invited to share our large garden with its barbecue and its many seating areas and boulodrome. And of course the heated pool! There is a poolside bar and hardwood sun-beds (here in France they are called sun-baths!) with parasols for your comfort.
